    We accept all Major Credit and Debit Cards including American Express. If you wish to pay by Credit or Debit, you can phone or fax your details to: woody2shoes.uk.com on: alexandr.chentsov@gmail.com where a helpful member of staff will take down your details, or you can use our secure server using a powerful 128-bit encryption (please read) algorithms to purchase any item,and again is very secure. However, do NOT e-mail your card details to us, thank you. We also accept Cheques and Postal Orders (UK only).

    Do note that the cheque area is also secure, as you'll be sending your cheque by post so to secure this area is still linked to the SSL. A page will also display your Order Number, Price and Confirmation of purchase. You can then download a printable hard copy, or copy the order information on your screen. Having had the option to print out your purchase information, or recorded the information, you can now post the information along with your cheque to our office address at the bottom of this page. We will then notify you by e-mail, post or telephone once we've received your payment.

    Your name and address will not be used for marketing purposes, or given to any third party, and will be kept in Strict Confidence.

    If you do use this option, remember to write your cheque guarantee number on the back of your cheque before posting. As soon as your cheque has cleared, your order will be processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 days. If you were given an Account No:, or have a Company Account number you will be sent an invoice.

Gift Certificate or Discount Vouchers.

    If you're lucky enough to receive a Discount Voucher or a Gift Certificate, it can be used within the shopping cart. Just type in the number (you'll find this on your 'Gift Voucher' and Gift Certificate), and the shopping cart will deduct the required amount it's that simple.

Shipping And Handling.

    Shipping (Postage and Packing) Order before 11:00 am and your order will be guaranteed for next delivery within the UK mainland. . Shipping has a flat rate of $6.70 for a pair of shoes.

Delivery Schedule.

    Order before 11:00 am and your order will be guaranteed for next day delivery. International orders (outside of the EC), are generally received around 3 - 5 working days.

Back Orders.

    If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges.

    No VAT is added to your order, thus keeping the cost of all items down to a minimum, less cost to you the consumer of course. Once our business has registered for VAT, we will eventually then begin to apply VAT to all our goods.
