Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy

    At woody2shoes.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.

    You have consumer rights to return your order if it's not want you really wanted, so below is our returns policy.

• Returns: We accept the return of all other items only if they are in their original condition when you received them. If you return goods, as detailed, within 21 days (30 if outside of the EC), we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Including Postage and Packing costs. Returns:
  (1) The shoes have not been worn. (2) The order returned is in its original condition. (3) All items inside the box, i.e., authenticity card, sleeper bag etc., are in place (if your order contained these in the first place, mostly found in Prada shoes).
• Defective items: You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective.
• Delivery charges: If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Woody2shoes will not pay for a 'return' delivery of your order, i.e., Post and Packing, if for example you are returning them because you made an error with the size you chose online. If you are returning your order due to 'wrong size' that you alone had chosen online, you will have to pay for the 'Return' delivery, i.e., Post and Packing.
• For your protection: We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
  Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

    You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing, and gift wrapping).

    As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. All 'returns' should be sent to our sub-office address below, marked with the word "Returns", followed by the our office address.
